Refund policy

Return Information:

EFFECTIVE October 1, 2025

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the DELIVERED date. To initiate a return please email us at darlinwebbboutique@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, items you are wanting to return, and a reason (item too small, item too big, etc.) A return label will be emailed over to you if your return request is accepted. Once the item is received we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment minus the return shipping label cost and a 5% restocking fee. Please allow us up to 72 hours to process your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags (if a tag was attached). If your item is returned with defects that were not present in our care the return will not be accepted.

Exchange Information:

If a different size of the item is needed, check the website for availability and purchase as a new order and reach out to initiate a return for the size you are wishing to exchange. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of shipment arrival date. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
All PREORDERS, CLEARANCE/SALE TAB ITEMS, FINAL SALE ITEMS, CLAIM GAME PIECES, MYSTERY BAGS, DISCOUNT ORDERS, PROMOTIONAL ORDERS/ITEMS,  & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

DISCOUNT ORDERS- these include orders with discount codes applied 

PROMOTIONAL ORDERS/ITEMS- these include orders with discounts applied 15% or higher or BOGO.
